Spiritual bathing rituals can be found in the bible, Psalm 51.

From my studies these last three years, I have since written my very first book!

How Spirituality Saved My Life is available for online sales here, https://www.walmart.com/ip/How-Spirituality-Saved-My-Life-9781637288924/880620699?classType=REGULAR&from=/search

Here is a bath recipe/ritual I created for “troubled hearts”, geared toward healing the Heart Chakra while improving your circulatory system… but how???

Essential Oils are the lifeforce of plants, the oils transport throughout the body either via skin contact or nasal passages. These oils/ lifeforce of plants assist in healing. Once upon a time your girl wanted to be a nurse… the rest is history.

Bath for troubled hearts recipe

Care for yourself when you are feeling anxious, depressed or otherwise off of your baseline. In a bowl, mix goatmilk, coconut milk, agua florida, fresh white flowers and add to your bath.

Take three breaths, reflect on how you feel and describe it to your Ancestors.

Ancestral Prayer

Ancestors, I pray that you will bless this bath so that it will soothe me. May my sorrows be eased so that I can enjoy life and support the people I love.

Trust that prayer works.

Ephesians 6

“We walk amongst spiritual forces of evil.”

If you are Indigenous and from urban New York, having a tub is kind of a privilege. A privilege I do not currently have so instead of a bath, I created soap bars with the same ingredients. A bath in a bar of soap or a spa in a bar of soap. Wellness matters and so do you! For more personal/educational content please email [email protected]
