Feeling All My Feelings Book
A children’s book review!
Reading and writing are a few of my favorite things! Now I will begin to give my reviews on some of the books I have read, and why not start with a Children’s book! This will be the first of many reviews, so I am very excited.
About the Author- Kim T.S. is the proud mom to a five-year-old boy named Kyle. Kyle had been struggling with his feelings ever since he was a toddler, so she wrote, Feeling All My Feelings Book. What a wonderful way to help children understand their feelings. Way to go Mom!
Sometimes talking about your feelings help, but there is something special about picking up a book and letting the words and photos in the book absorb and sink in your mind.
Mom and Kyle have gone a long way since the book was released and have had many discussions surrounding the concepts introduced in the book.
The book has helped Kyle accept his emotions and move toward self-empowerment and self-regulation. Way to go Kyle!
With encouraging parents, the sky is the limit!
It is important that children know just how amazing they are, Kim T.S.’s hopes are to help more parents and children as well. This is absolutely beautiful; I can’t wait to dig into this book!
Feeling All My Feelings Book is a story about a little kid named Kyle. Just like many kids, Kyle has a lot of big feelings. It’s ok to feel your feelings but sometimes it could be overwhelming for anyone regardless of age. So having an understanding of our feelings at an early age is super helpful.
In this story, we will be joining Kyle and his friend Tiny the Mouse as they find ways to accept & overcome the littlest and biggest emotions! Sounds like a wild ride to wellness and I am up for the challenge!

More often than not, children need help understanding their feelings. Reading & Writing are excellent examples in helping children understand their feelings. Parents also need help in understanding feelings. Picking up a book, reading together and having a discussion goes a long way! So far, the book is awesome!
Feelings are most definitely important. Don’t ever think you have to hold your feelings inside. Let’s see how Kyle handles his feelings… sometimes unstoppable crying. Aww poor Kyle! Happens to a lot of children, but rather than hushing a child, let’s figure out a way to help them.
We want our children to be happy all the time. As parents let’s find ways to nurture our children and guide them properly. These Angels are our future, we ought to give them our best shot. Whether it’s by giving them their favorite stuffed animal, lots of hugs or even a favorite snack might do. The act of caring and expressing kindness toward one another will help a child understand and be comfortable in his/her feelings and know that their feelings matter. Spending time with your children is also very important. Someone once told me it’s the quality of time that matters not the quantity of time that you spend with your child.
Parents, it’s ok to loosen up around your children. Be a kid again when you are with your child. Make them laugh (laughter is soothing for the soul.)
You will see in the book, when Kyle laughs sometimes, he until his knees buckle!
Through the book you will see how Kyle handles his feelings with his friend, Tiny the Mouse encouraging him all the way!
Remember children, your feelings matter. All your feelings are normal and real. This book teaches how looking within yourself, you can discover just how powerful you really are!
By encouraging our children to look within themselves will promote courage & confidence, a recipe for success!
The book gives self- improvement tips for children.
This is awesome as I believe you are never too old for improvement but in this case, it’s absolutely a wonderful guide for children to understand their feelings and it also helps them handle their own emotions.
The illustrations in the book keep a smile on my face as I read!
This is a wonderful book! Promoting self-improvement, self-empowerment, courage & confidence is the way. We want our children to know it’s Ok to have feelings, how we handle our feelings is what should matter.
Thank you Kim T.S. for allowing me to review the book! Was a lot of fun to do.
